An Intake Assessment to Begin Services

An Intake Assessment appointment is required to begin services or to get a professional opinion about whether services might be helpful to you. Assessments are available to residents of Livingston County, Michigan. If you are:

  • 18 years of age or older, you must request services voluntarily.
  • 13 years of age and under, your parent or guardian must consent to services.
  • an adolescent, 14 years of age or older, you may request short-term services on your own, but it's usually encouraged that a parent or guardian be involved.
Call (517) 546-4126 for more information.
