About
our Emergency Services
A
crisis professional is available 24 hours a day, 7
days a week. Immediate evaluation may occur by telephone
or in person, depending on the nature of your concern.
At that time, a treatment recommendation or referral
will be made, and we'll coordinate the referral, if
necessary. People can also be seen on a walk-in basis,
during business hours at one of
our offices.
For
people with Medicaid or no insurance, we provide hospital
pre-screening services. Within two hours of the initial
request, a crisis professional will evaluate the adult,
adolescent, or child for whom there is a request for
psychiatric hospitalization. They will then coordinate
services that result from the evaluation.
